In order to influence a person, we must be an example for this.
Hardly, a person who does not comply with certain qualifiers, could influence another.
If you, as the head of a company, want to influence your employees to achieve the established objectives, you must be able to solve the different problems that may arise for each employee, only then, they will see you as a person to follow
