Whats up Steemians! 

Your mind holds power that you simply wouldn’t believe. how many times have you heard people say to you that they can "help you unlock the secret to success" or " unlock the power of your mind " 

Well guess what guys....

YOU already possess the power and the means of unlocking it all already. Here are my 3  tips for unlocking the true power of your mind.

Number 1 - Dive deeper

I bet you didn't know meditation is actually quite easy to learn and can be practiced by anyone. The practice of meditation has many other benefits too. When you meditate you become relaxed and in this state you will begin to be able to access your subconscious mind. You will able to see your ideas more clearly and what you thought wasn't possible your subconscious mind can show you how. Problem solving becomes easier and solutions deeper. As you progress with meditation you will gradually be able to access even deeper layers of your consciousness and the true power of your mind will be unlocked. 

Number 2 - Believe in your new found power!

Once you have learned how to access your subconscious mind you now need to truly believe you have that power and your already doing what you are setting out to do. Think to yourself and picture your self in that new car and smell that new car small or feel yourself walking on the beach. This is how you truly unlock the power of the mind. Believe in your ability to put it into practice in your life.

Number 3 - Fuel yourself with premium grade ! 

If you had a fast expensive sports car you wouldn't fill it up with cheap nasty fuel would you ? Reason being you wouldn't want to do damage and it would work to its full potential right? Well the same goes for YOU ! Feed yourself good food, eat healthy and fuel yourself with good energy then you can begin to harness this new found power better, faster and more clearly.
