It is always easy to point out other faults what others not able to achieve, preach others.We should be Doers, not talkers, after all, actions speak louder than words no matter what you have in your mind, if we want to make our goals, plans into reality only we have to take actions, it is very easy to preach but to take actions.
If we want to motivate or influence someone, the best way to show recognize self first and achieve our goal, the results which will impact him more than if you only talk.
