Talking about influence

Most people thing that influence is a bad thing, especially because they associate it with corruption and blackmail, but influence has nothing in common with these illegalities. Influence is neither about "give me money or I won't release your passport" nor about "give me another chance or I'll post your nude pics on internet". No. Influence is, actually, the top reward for intelligent and hard-working people.

In the following rows, I invite you to take part in a scenario. You are the director of a school and you have to resolve a conflict between a teacher and a student. She is a new teacher with low experience and he is a student with incredible grades for his age. What are you going to do? While you are still thinking, I tell you that I'll go for student. Is not just about you, is about school you are leading, and for that school there are more new teacher out there, than such a great students. For me, our teacher has to make a step back.

This was just an example, and as you might seen, influence appears when you are much important for an institution than someone else, even if that person has a higher position.
