Subconscious is not really difficult, the big thing is that we don´t know how to use it.

Everything put or introduce something in our mind like subliminal message, it can be by reading, listening, watching a movie...

We also can learn a language like a children or a baby without speak, that is the most incredible thing.

Actually we don't know how our brain works, that is the reality.

Brain is a huge mystery but it is the most incredible we can explore ..!!
