Why Do We Need to Read More Books and Connect with Literature?
Greetings, dear friends!
Each day, we are becoming more and more preoccupied with the new generation of social interactions in the form of internet and social media.
We are embracing modernism as a shelter against our overwhelming ignorance about our own identity and the role we play in this world.
Our lives have been blissfully rendered poignant, because nowadays we do not have time for self-reflection or thinking about the universe as we once used to.
The collective human ignorance is pushing us against the idea of learning and preserving knowledge, so far as most of the common population are involved.
In this dire and forgetful time, we should once again understand why it is important to read books and seek out knowledge.
For one thing, books actually save your time. This universe is infinitely vast and complicated, and our lives also conform to that pattern of complexity.
Contrary to popular belief, when you read a book, you are not spending time.
You are actually saving time. When you read books or embrace literature, you are essentially living a thousand lives and experiencing what thousands of people have experienced before you.
The sum of their knowledge, experience, insight, and feelings will all become yours as you embark on a journey to understand their lives on a deep and intimate level by the magic of literature.
It is true that the more you know, the more powerful you will become. The more you read, the more experienced you will be.
When you read books, you begin to understand what things look like from other peoples’ points of view, and that inadvertently increases your level of consciousness about the world and you will become more sympathetic to other people and their dilemmas.
Literature allows us to consider the effects of some of our actions. We will see thousands of lives, each conscious of their own, making decisions and facing the consequences of those decisions.
This will allow us to have a more mature understanding of the universe and as a result, we will become much more empathetic and benevolent towards other people.
After all, literature is the cornerstone of higher values, as opposed to the modern society where everything is bottled in a measure of money and power.
At the end of the day, a very well-written piece of literature is often better company than having the same monotonous and useless conversations with people who would sooner give up on their dreams and wish for an end to their perpetual suffering than embrace the idea of change and improvement.
Books take you on a journey of self-improvement by learning and understanding to see the world in a better light.
Give yourself the blessing of reading books every once in a while, or if you are fervent enough about the idea of a better life, on a regular basis.
Knowledge is the pathway to understand life and existence on a deeper level of reflection and consciousness.
A BIG HUG!

Dear@chbartist
I remember that we read a book of Franc Bacon, Of Studies, in which the person's life was explained in very detail about the importance of the book. Really used to create a world for us. The people are true that the world is only a pleasure to distant away from the sadness. As it is also that the literature is the mirror of the sadness that the mirror is not to the real. The book is stored because it includes all the experiences of the authors who inspire us to walk on good path. There is no memory of pleasures of knowledge from some knowledge, which will be given the selection of books, because they are asked to make a flat of some books, and for some flaws, they are very difficult to chew some books, and for some cast to be checked in some life.
Thank you

I used to read a lot of books and now read none. I have difficulty holding them with arthritic hands. My eyes are not as good as they were and though I can read a screen well without glasses, small print on books is an issue. I live out of two suitcases now and move frequently, so heavy books are not a good fit for my lifestyle. And finally, I read all day on the internet and really just want to rest my brain after that.
It's funny to be this way since I always had a lot of books before in my life. I guess there is a season for everything and this is the time when I do not read books.
We need to read books and literature so it is necessary that our guidance can be done in the right way, what we have been told in our literature, or whatever we learn from books, is guided by it, and following it, we will go ahead Go.

Hi chbartist, I'm going to tell you why read books. read until the end so you can fully understand why reading can significantly improve your life. Knowledge, improved memory, imagination, focus, reduce stress, develops critical thinking, entertainment, self-esteem, makes you smarter, so on and so on. There is a huge list of benefits that you reap just by picking up a book and reading it, There is no person in the world that has all answers and there is no one completely satisfied with how they live. We all need guidance. We cannot achieve anything alone and without learning from others. Reading is a form of training for living. Life is so complicated and there are countless traps that can be avoided by reading books. Those books contain accumulated knowledge from a countless generation that got that knowledge from many trials and errors that you can easily avoid. If you have any problem in your life, there is a person who had the same problem, solved it and wrote a book about it. Reading can shake up our world view. Not just one book, but one sentence can entirely change how you perceive the world and shift direction of your life. What you once believed can be altered in a moment and you can become a completely different person. And the more you read, the more different ideas float through your mind, the more you start connecting those ideas and drawing a clearer picture of the world you live in. Your knowledge compounds over time and you end up with a great resource to refer to in any situation. To be a little bit poetic: We read so we could live, dream, and connect to the endless stream of human existence and consciousness. Connect to the misery, the grief, and the evil. But also to the wisdom, the compassion, and the beauty. We must read because it's the key to understanding humanity, and nothing is more interesting and complex than that. You know what. I just changed my mind in the middle of the video. I'm going to explain a little bit better those other benefits of reading, which are important, but less important than the main benefit and the core reason that I already explained. So, number one, focus and concentration. Being able to focus is one of the crucial things you need to be successful and as a matter of fact to be happy in todays fast world. Reading improves your focus and concentration because when you sit down and read, your entire focus is invested in a book and by practising to focus, your brain gets better at it with time. Number two is reduction of stress in your life. We all want to be less stressful and enjoy carefree life. Reading slows down your heart rate and eases tension in the muscles. Also, a well-written novel can transport you to other dimensions, letting tensions drain away and allowing you to relax. And third and last on this list is building self-confidence. By reading many books, you communicate better and become more informed about various areas of life. You will always have something interesting to say in conversation and all this translates into higher self-esteem. Now, as always, I have a question for you. What is your favourite book?
Yes I and many others need this to take our part in the world for the greater good. Our Word is our World.
My life! Regards
Thank you very much, you have kept your views in a very rational way.

You are very efficient writer, and complicated talk with large skills also explain in ease and simple language.
I have read a lot of books. There are good books and there are bad books. Reading a bad book is a bigger waste of time than pointless small talk. At least with bad conversation, it has a chance of leading up to something. Maybe not today but one day it might be worth it. A bad book on the other hand, leads to nothing because the words never change.
Reading is a joy and we have to feel . Nowadays social media exploring but what we get in books and literatures we can't know that in social . Literature describe the real mean of life , they gives us internal energy , books present solutions to face problems.
We can get solution of all kind problems in our epics . But the modern generation is not interested to read them and this is very embarassing . Nice @chbartist
Thanks!

Our body is our home, one we care for and feed. As we read good books, we beautify the house and open the doors and windows. A person who reads stops living in a square and begins to see that the world is infinite and has no limits. Cervantes said that he who travels a lot and reads a lot, has lived and seen a lot. And it is that from the reading you can travel, you can imagine not only the places but to know them through the letters. Living feelings that may never live in reality. Reading would be for the brain what exercise is for the body, just as you exercise every day, read daily. In the end, you and those around you will appreciate it. Greetings to you, @chbartist
Excellent article on the importance of reading! Books are our best friends. We can get much from them and connect ourselves with lots of people, writers, places etc. irrespective of boundaries of space and time. We can live in present, past and future without physically going anywhere. A good book is worth more than worldly possessions.
