my strategy would be, first will divide the 50 black marbles into 2 so i will have 25 marbles then put it in the buttom inside the bowl , filling 2 bowls with 25 black barbles each bowl. Second, I will also divide the 50 red marbles into two making two 25 red marbles then put 1st 25 red marbles in the bowl making the red marbles at the top of black marbles and will do the same in the 2nd bowl.

It said it will mix the bowls around not the marbles inside the bowl making the marbles stable inside in its position , so in this strategy even which bowl you will pick , you can pic one red marble coz its on the top of black marble , there is equal chance each bowl and higher probability that you will pick Red marble than black !!!!!!
