Sharing and Amplifying AWARENESS
There are only two days in existence when nothing can be done. One is called yesterday and the other is called tomorrow, so today is the right day to love, to do and to live.
Enjoy this moment - make this your decision, it is a choice.
Sure it may be a difficult choice but never the less it is a choice.
Mindfulness is our ability to be aware of what is going on both inside us and around us.
It is the continuous awareness of our bodies, emotions, and thoughts.
Essentially we are training our attention so that we can be more aware— not only of our own inner workings but also of what’s happening around us in the here and now moment that is our life.
Remove the Yoke, a mental exercise...
You were trained from birth.
- To be obedient
- to conform and follow commands.
From preschool, then to kindergarten school,
then to elementary school, then to high school,
and on to post secondary education and beyond…
Some people never remove this yoke of obedience and psychological conditioning.
