Do you feel tremendous pressure to finish work: start Mindfulness: what a blessing!

I just read a really nice post of @kristyyd. (https://steemit.com/philosophy/@kristyyd/focus-your-life-on-this-moment)

I'll see her as someone who can inspire a lot of people of being more mindfull. If you're more mindfull you're more aware of what you are doing now. And if you're more aware of the present state of mind, you will enjoy life more. It seems so simple. But be aware: your mind is a crazy thing. Before you know it you have the do a lot more than you can handle. And practising mindfulness can help you cope with that.

To bring it back to what I do. I work at an international insurance company where we insure Dutch citizens who go abroad, as well as foreigners who come to the Netherlands.
