You will find a similar statement in Valens Antonology (translated by Robert Schmidt) that the zoidion loses its power when the eclipsing places are present. Yes the US has had the agenda to invade those 7 countries, I have heard that before. This might be a delicate time then. Interesting to hear of the auspicious nature of the Moon conjunct or square the Node aspect.
