Brain is a group of neurons connected by synapses.

We are group of neurons. We just have another connections: we are using words, music, art, vision , phone, internet etc..

A neuron doesn't think by itself, but a group of neurons (like a brain) thinks. The interaction beteween the neurons is the thought.
And on a higher level, the interactions between brains (people) is another thought like a collective mind.
