About the mind (2)

One more example before moving on. When people learn to drive a car and try to turn a corner, they will learn these: flip the indicator, look right, step on the brakes, turn the wheel right, step on accelerator, turn the wheel left etc. This is learning by consciousness and is painful. Once unconscious mind takes over, making a turn in a car becomes effortless. Remember cooking? Or swimming? Or cycling? When unconscious mind takes over, things are achieved automatically without people being aware of it. Because the unconscious mind never rests, unlike the conscious mind, you can achieve more.
However, there is a problem with the unconscious mind. Because it is able to remember everything without forgetting, it stores up a lot of bad memory as well. The bad memory will then affect the person's conscious beings. For example, a little girl met a fierce dog when she was young, and this memory imprints on her, so she will never play with a dog. Do you know anyone who never eats curry? Or someone who is scared of grandparents? Or someone who refuses to ride on bicycles? These unconscious minds are controlling the conscious minds and become who the people are. To change this, the unconscious minds need to be reprogrammed.
