Limit Exist only in the Mind
Our body knows no limit because limit exist only in the mind, as long as we set our mind to achieve a goal, forgetting how large or impossible the goal seems to be, we could actually achieve it if only our mind has been set to it, discarding any kind of fear or doubt.
The same tin goes for exercise, "we cant", only when we think we cant, not that we actually can not. Once the mind has been set to a limit, the body follows. I'll tell u my fellow steemians, let ur mind know no limit and u will be supprissed at what you can achieve or the level of goals u will reach.
Always stay positive in the mind and the body will follow cause the body has no Limit it exist only in the Mind as a barrier
