7.Healthy food and adequate sleep needs to be kept intact to keep the mind healthy. Do not change during meals. And it's very important to sleep at least eight hours for a reflection. If you are right to sleep and eat well then your mind will be just as good.

8.Keep your home or office desk clean at all times. Put your clothes, books, magazines all in place. Cleanliness keeps the mind good

9.You must respect yourself before thinking about your thoughts. Can not walk on foot in two boats. So decide what you want to do.

10.Make a list of exactly what you want to do in your lifetime. Your goal in this will be fixed. Attention will increase and you feel yourself much confident.

1- true... one must smile... but not laugh laugh like mad people... smile should be a habit
2- the more one meets people , the more one becomes social.... sould not be selfish
3-this is right ... enjoy what ever one has
4-do consider your mind ... but always do what the wise say....
5-saying no is ok... but never break hearts
6-one must mediate in private on daily basis
7-food n sleep do matter... only when the soul is alright.... otherwise ... animals have both
8-should have a time table
9-think before you sink
10-yesssssss.... dream big.....
