My Response to "I've Just Been Given a Million Dollars" Challenge.

Surprisingly I was just sitting here trying to decide what to write about today when BING! goes gina. OH...thanks @shadowspub. I've been nominated for the "I've Just Been Given A Million Dollars - Challenge". Yet another one of those "simple" challenges. The kind that make you think and dream....sigh.......

The idea is: You've been given a $1,000,000. What would you buy within the first 24 hours (it can't be Steem related)?
Then tag five other victims.

1. A Vehicle and A Camper

This is the most important thing, right now, today! We currently don't have a vehicle. It sucks....but we need to build our finances back up after my husband's leave from work. We miss the freedom.... well, mostly me. I miss it. I was raised in the country but live in a city. This country girl needs water.

The camper is a must! Spring is almost here. It doesn't have to be a big, fancy camper. Heck even a good quality, large tent would do the job. We love camping! I would grab the grand kids and take them somewhere really cool to camp.

Little giggle: last time we camped at Algonquin we found out our tent leaks! Luckily it was summer and we had tarps.

2. Groceries - Healthy, Fresh FOOD!

I know this one probably seems weird. But the first 24 hours? I'd stock up on fresh fruits, veg, quality meat and all the supporting ingredients. I'm not complaining but we eat a lot of beans, rice and frozen veg. I'd love to have a huge grocery budget.

3. Donate to the Mission Downtown.

I've always wanted to give several thousand dollars to the Men's Mission in downtown London, ON. They feed so many people each day who otherwise would not have eaten.

4. Set Up Bank Accounts for my Grand Kids.

I'd love to know that my grand kids have the futures they deserve with the funds to help them start their lives.

5. Put It In The Bank!

Get it away from me! After this I need nothing else so the rest needs to be thought about.....that would take more than 24 hours. There are too many options....I want to help my daughter buy a house.......and of course there's a few other causes that need help. I think that could be my next step. I'd need to HIRE A FINANCIAL CONSULTANT! $1,000,000 doesn't go as far as it once did.
