Dr. Mustapha Waziri, Director General of Luxor Antiquities and head of the Egyptian expedition, said: "This cemetery, despite its small size, contains mummies, coffins and handkerchiefs in bright colors and in very good condition." Waziri added that the cemetery includes two rooms and a 7-meter-deep well, in which 1050 statues were found. The discovery also led to two other graves, the details of which will be announced soon.
