I'am Ninfa Bi from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I'm so happy to be here to share my posts to the world. When I learned about the existence of Steemit I was so thrilled about it. It's great to do what you like and get paid for that. Many people believe that this is not a serious job when in fact it is. You have to create original and funny posts to entertain others, who may have had a difficult day. Then they read a funny or useful post and that puts them in a good mood.
Steemit's way of working is the way everyone will work in the future. Very soon everyone will work from the place they choose at the time they want. The millennial generation is the one that most enjoys this great labor change. Finally the big companies understood that you do not need a specific time to be efficient. The important thing is to achieve the proposed objectives. The way to achieve it must be chosen by oneself.
The generations before the millennials find it hard to understand these new jobs: influencers, youtubers, instagrammers. You may not like what they do, but you have to recognize that they are authentic and true to themselves.
