Generational Warfare the Series Part 1
Ever since the 90’s I have had a disdain for my parents generation, considering that 1990 was 28 years ago you could have chalked it up to typical teenage rebellion against the generation responsible for raising us. Even back than if I had to stereotype the Boomers Generation I would have called them a bunch of selfish, self absorbed shit’s that embodied the absolute height of hypocrisy. Stockholders we’re fast becoming the new Robber Barron’s of the not too distant 21st century, and for those of you who survived the Great Economic Genocide of 2008, It was made possible by the repeal of the Glass-Steagall Act.
With that extremely brief overview, what I just described to you were what I would call the Decade the Baby Boomers began to really hit their mark in society, Many of B.B.’s had been in the workforce long enough to finally reach positions of leadership in Business and Industry all across the country including key positions in government.
You would have thought at this point, the most self anointed progressive generation in modern history would pass the torch to future generations and would leave us younger generations in a better, brighter, happier more financially stable United States of America. Unfortunately this is a written text and I can’t edit sound effects, cause as soon as you the reader read, “better, brighter, happier, more financially stable United States of America”, I would have edited a nasty scraaaatch, you know the sound of beautiful happy music playing sweetly in the background on a record player followed by some jack off ripping the needle right across the album destroying the needle, the record, the mood,” the end”, because that is exactly what the hell happened.
My first complaint against the Boomer generation and it’s a major one. Where are the jobs future generations needed to uplift their situation? You know the jobs that paid for the Boomers to go to College. The jobs the Boomers mom and dads worked to put food on their table and Xmas presents under their tree. The jobs that one bread winner alone could work full-time and finance a family, That’s right you shipped them all to a Communist Country. The largest Communist Country to be exact. The one we were told it was our patriotic duty to stand up against. The Boomers love telling the younger generations to go out, get a job, be independent. I say what job? What job market to be exact. You gave the majority of the jobs over seas, to increase profit margins that only a fraction of a percent of an elite group are reaping the benefits.
This is going to be an on going blog. Stay tuned for part 2, of my Generational Warfare series!

Oh, I'm excited for this series! I have a friend who works at a grocery store and hates baby boomers! This grocery store has a policy that you can return anything for any reason. You should hear the stories that he tells. The boomers eat part of the food and return it for a full refund. He despises them. It cracks me up.
I'm going to come back to this topic soon and maybe cover the work place next, I don't want to participate in the divide and conquer paradigm but Boomers are the worst, I even wrote a punk rock song back in the 90's called generation X to the rescue, though my generation fell short, so much that we are not even mentioned or talked about in the media, rather strange. I love the Millennials and they give me real hope, growing up with Boomers in charge has been the worst experience ever!
I'm late Gen X also. And I also love millennials!
Thought you would enjoy this.

Wow, your sentiments are exactly why I have hated Boomers since the 90's. They were an abusive group that believed somehow that it was their God given right to torment us emotionally yet they didn't do one fucking respectable action to even merit tolerating that kind of treatment, The WW2 generation could not only talk the talk but always put their money where their mouth was, unlike Boomers who believed the passage of time gave them the entitlement to mistreat us with their imaginary self accomplishments, we have worked harder, longer, and when 20 years into our mid careers are still struggling like we are back to being 20 again and I still have to listen to tales of how they spent 10 years of their adult life paying dues which is their entitlement liscense, that was my first blog on steemit before I even did my, I'm new to Steemit Introduction, BTW zerohedge had an exciting article on Generation Z which they attribute as the generation raised by X'ers mostly, the future is brighter than the establishment would have us believe!
Thanks for the inspiration Bright Star 🌟
