10 recipes for milkshakes
- Vanilla. Mix 500 ml of vanilla ice cream, 1/4 tbsp.milk, 1 tsp. vanilla and a pinch of salt in a blender.
With marshmallows. Bake 8 marshmallows on foil under the upper heat, turning them over, until golden brown. Prepare vanilla smoothies (No. 1), adding 6 marshmallows. Use the remaining ones for decoration.

With figs and port wine. Cook at a low boil 1 tablespoon of port wine with 1/3 tablespoon of chopped dried figs until the liquid has evaporated by half; cool, then mix in a blender with 1 tablespoon of port wine. Prepare vanilla cocktails (No. 1); pour into glasses in layers, alternating with the wine mixture.

Berry. Make milkshakes (No. 5), replacing strawberries with raspberries and blueberries (1/2 tbsp each).
Strawberry with rhubarb. Simmer at a low boil 1.5 tablespoons of chopped rhubarb, 2 tablespoons of sugar and water and 1/4 tsp of orange zest until soft; cool. Mix in a blender with 1/2 tbsp. milk and 500 ml. strawberry ice cream.

With corn flakes. Pour 1.5 tablespoons of sweetened corn flakes (dry breakfast) 1.5 tablespoons of hot milk for 30 minutes. Strain and freeze in an ice tray. Mix the frozen milk cubes in a blender with 500 ml. vanilla ice cream and 1 tbsp. corn flakes. Sprinkle with flakes.
Chocolate-banana. Mix 500 ml of chocolate ice cream, 2 frozen bananas and 1/4 tbsp of chocolate milk in a blender.
