1110 milestone thank you post - a great collection of writers - #ecotrain
There are plenty of initiatives here at steemit, all with different methods and goals. Usually as a milestone post, I like to give thanks to a certain steemian who has been an active part of our chat and community or is otherwise a valuable member of the platform. Occasionally I'll write about a group or project instead. As a belated 1100 followers milestone post. I want to bring to your attention one initiative that hardly gets the credit it deserves.
Ecotrain
Ecotrain is a group of steemians, organized by @eco-alex revolving around a certain set of topics and attitudes. The topics include (but are not limited to) homesteading, spirituality, creativity, community, homeschooling, cooking and parenting. The collective goal of ecotrain is “service to mankind”. If you enjoy my posts you will certainly find many more you like among the ranks of ecotrain.
What is the ecoTrain in a nut shell!
When my feed is letting me down and I'm not sure where to find good posts, I can always rely on the #ecotrain tag to get a nice list of inspiration to choose from. It's one easy way to browse through a bunch of quality material. Yes! That was the plan! I agree, i find itnquite hard to find interesting posts but for sure ecoTrain never let me down! On we go choo chooo!

I may branch out...I think I'm starting to...omg...it's like freshman year dorm living all over again, and you're the first person I talked to. It's like you're saying: Hey blunderbabe, it's time for you to make more friends, I can't be your sole go to anymore. :-P
(But seriously...it's so hard to find great content providers on here organically...posts like this should make it to trending instead of 93.6% of the crap that's there and making $100's. <3 it!)
While I would love to receive your 100% upvote on all my posts and comments and amazing comments at that, steemit does have other great contributors besides me haha, go out and get to know some of them! I’ll be here when you need a steemit home base ;-P
:-) 100% when I can - and (when I remember to put it up from 30-40%). I still need to 'study' how all that works...I hope this is the year I can get my vote to be worth at least $1-$2...the way you are going, your 50% upvote should be worth $20 in no time ;-) Your list is awesome! So many interesting and inspiring people on here (I need a better word for inspiring...) I followed all of them :-) The dude who travels the world with his kids is my #lifegoals.
Yeah, he doesn’t engage much, not attached to his device, but he writes good stuff
I could see how engaging online and his lifestyle would be at odds lol. Just the couple things I read give me the impression he isn't tethered to his mobile leashes.
That said - I'm probably like the only person on here who Steems - and does pretty much everything on my laptop. Not an ipad or tablet or phone. I don't even do apps lol - every day you hear about some security breach or apps recording us. Not that the computer is much safer, but gives me that illusion lol. Or maybe I just like to exercise all my fingers equally instead of just my thumbs :-P
