Permanent Residency in Canada
Hello everyone,
For those of you living in Asia, Europe and Africa, it is an excellent opportunity for you to take advantage of the Canadian Express Entry program. This is a point based system through which one can achieve a permanent residence and move to Canada for good. The points are calculated through several criteria. The first one is the age factor. If you are 29 years of age, you get the most point for age which is 110. After that, every year passes, a further 5 points are deducted from your points. The next thing you get scored on is your Education. If you were to have a master's degree which is equivalent to a Canadian Master's degree then you can score a 124 out of 136 maximum points. A PHD degree holder would have the ability to get all 136 points. After this, one has to be proficient at an English proficiency test. IELTS is the most common one and the higher you score the more points you can score. With a very high score, one can achieve as much as 200 points. Adding work experience would also give out additional points. If your total point comes up to be 430 or over, you have a very strong chance of a successful application. Ive also been teaching IELTS for the past 10 years or so and many have been successful through various tips and tricks for achieving high scores in IELTS.
