Middle Pillar Ritual
The Middle Pillar Ritual is a Ritual that is important in one's every day practice as a ceremonial magician. It balances and harmonizes energies in a way that few other practices do, as well as granting some other benefits that one should only discover through experience, rather than through being told.
This specific ritual is something that I personally feel should be done daily, I can't emphasize that enough. The more it is preformed the more one becomes aware of their energetic body's communications, both during the process and after. We become more "in tune" so to speak.
Some will argue that the importance of daily practice and dedication is hogwash, and honestly we will have to agree to disagree and leave it at that. Daily devotion to your higher self, spiritual well being and personal development, when properly structured, will do nothing but good. To argue that is to argue the side of laziness, and if that is your path, that's ok! You might not like cheese, I love it, and that's Okay too! Celebrate Diversity. In my natal chart I have four planets in Capricorn and three in Aquarius, Structure and Discipline is the oil that makes my personal machine operate in my world, so I will always approach things from that stance.
The fact that this Ritual only takes about 3-5 Minutes to preform is also very nice. Of course, there are elaborate showy rituals that take an incredible amount of time and Horah, and those are wonderful, but for the practical magician, this should be as routine and take enough time as brushing your teeth and washing your face.
Remember, Physical Hygiene is important, but so is spiritual and mental Hygiene, and this particular practice is in essence just that. Between this and the LBRP, just 10 minutes a day will change your interaction with every day life like you won't believe!
