Microgreens, the most productive way to grow your own food?
Bored due to corona and wanting to be more self sustainable i'm into growing microgreens lately. Why i think growing microgreens is a good thing? It's a very effective way to grow your own food. Because you can turn seeds which are cheap into a healthy and nutritious product. When grown indoor you don't have any influence of bad weather. Microgreens are very suitable to grow indoor since they don't take much light. You can grow them vertically so they don't take much space.
It's not a very big investment to turn this into a business but finding customers would be the hardest part imo.
I done some research and did a few test growing different varieties of microgreens.
As a beginner i would start off with growing:

These 3 varieties are very high yielding, don't take much time from seed to harvest. The seeds are pretty cheap and demand for the microgreens high.

Problem is that the whole idea of getting paid doesn't make sense. Because they "print" more steem to give away to people which make steem less valuable to begin with. There is always someone paying the bill for all the upvotes, it's the community as a whole.
