Joyful party
That sunny afternoon the breeze was blowing the trees.
On a swing, a child swings giving joy to the place.
There some young people played hide and seek with the desire to find one of them who remained in a hidden place.
At last, after a while, the friends found him and formed a cacophony that shook the leaves of the park.
Without more, in a space with joy began a party to celebrate the moment.

Many very short stories require a bit of interpretation. 😊
The economy of words can make it difficult to explain everything completely. If you add English-as-a-second-language to the mix (either on the part of the writer or the reader) it can be even more complicated.
In this case, I consider the fact that both “party” and “moment” can be interpreted multiple ways. For example, a party can be a planned event with decorations, food and cake, or it can be a sudden festive gathering of people that happens spontaneously.
Similarly, a moment can mean just this minute, or it can mean a special time, like a particular afternoon. (When you think of it in a much larger context, such as decades or eons), an afternoon is indeed just a moment.
