I think I have finally learned to enjoy being single

I'm not alone. I have friends. I have dates. I'm just not aiming to transform anything into something else. I had a great relationship before, but no matter how good, it still ends. People get tired of each other and move on.

I don't desire a monogamous relationship, nor a non-monogamous one. Perhaps I will find myself in one of those at some point if the right people come along. But I am enjoying just living without these expectations society places on aiming for a long term monogamous relationship.
