Packing Hacks When Going On A Long Vacation

Hello friends,

I hope you all will be fine and enjoying your life at the fullest. Today I am here once again with very interesting topic that we all need to know. Everyone one off us one or the other plan to go home for the holidays or plan for a long trip abroad, Packing before the excitement kicks in is quite difficult task. No matter what we do and how many things we feel to carry, extra luggage has always been point of stress on our travel.

So if you're headed for a long vacation, keep these packing hacks in mind.

  1. Carry one big bag
You might think that carrying several small bags is better than carrying one big one - lest you have to pay for overweight luggage on a flight, or are unable to find space to fit in your bag on a train or bus. But that's far from true. Carrying a number of small bags only proves to be a hassle when you're travelling. Imagine having to hold two or three medium sized bags while also trying to manage your ticket, your phone, your wallet and maybe a hand bag, while on the go. It is just as cumbersome as it sounds. You only have two hands, and having one big bag with all your essentials makes it much simpler to move around between different stops. It also makes it much easier for you to identify your luggage and keep it safe.

2.. Plan your outfits
The most disconcerting feeling is reaching a new place with more things than you can handle and having no room to keep any of your stuff either. Unless you're going on a luxury holiday, in that case you can carry as much as you want, be frugal with the number of things you pack into your bag. One of the best ways to do this is to plan your outfits while packing. Taking pre-decided outfits is a great way of keeping yourself from going overboard and packing everything you like. Plus, it'll also help you leave some room in your suitcase for the stuff you might buy while on vacation.

3.. Roll your clothes
Instead of laying everything flat, try rolling your clothes from one end to another (like you'd see in a Swiss roll). It's faster and will help maximise space. Reserve the layer by layer packing for items that are more delicate or prone to wrinkling.

I hope you all would have liked this reading and do plan your next trip packaging in this manner.
