What is Health and Fitness

Hello my steemit fellas! As Iam very concious about my health and fitness i thought this topic should be covered as the two terms 'health' and 'fitness' are often considered as same and one thing but in reality this are two different things. So now you might be asking how? so the first question arises here is:
What is health and fitness and these two differ from each other?
The answer is Fitness and the fitness industry focus on muscle tone and body fat percentage having huge muscles and vascularity, focusing on weight loss and gaining muscles.
It's and industry founded on the physique of a person while i consider a person healthy where his all body parts and internal organs are working properly and efficiently. What's the point of being fut when u have diabities or cancer that is eating you up from inside. Lets say a person having physique like arnold but has certain diseases that are pushing him backwards.Do-you-know-the-difference-between-fitness-and-health.png
Here's the point most people eat healthy and have huge muscles but they get frequently injured and have joint pains and evry other problem. What I want to say is being fit is not important as being healthy. A healthy person can live his life to its full potential but a fit person who is not healthy cannot. What's missing is what keeps the body stable and efficient. To keep your body stable and optimal you should choose healthy diet over craps. Stop eating junk food it is ok if you eat them once in a while but regularly eating them is what making you unhealthy and prone to diseases. Eat healthy fruits and veggies avoid eating unhealthy fats and carbs eat sufficient proties, focus more on micronutrients if you want to be healthy from inside and then focus on macros to be fit.
Micros are vitamins and minerals that help to run your body efficiently while macros are responsible for your physique. But in reality people choose to look fit but not healthy beacause peoply don't know the difference between health and fitness.
People don't know what to eat for being healthy. So the question arises here is how to be healthy and fit at the same time?
I will answer it in points:
1.Eat vegetables and fruits- Eat vegetable and fruits on daily basis. By eating them in proper proportions you are giving your body essential nutrients that body requires to work properly. Giving your body all the vitamins and minerals will tone up your body.
2.Take nice and sound sleep- Take proper sleep guys it is the most important factor to be healthy. If you don't take proper sleep you will start filling looseness in your body, tension, dizziness, it can often lead to depression. So it is very important.
3.Avoid tension and toxic people& relationships- I dont think i have to explain this it is very common and the leading cause of depression for young generation. Please avoid it may be tough but you have to.
4.Enjoy moments with friends- This means enjoy when your friends are enjoying dont be a idiot who is always serious have craziness in your life do strange things invest in adventures.
5.Eat macros in proper proportions- Fat, protien, carbohydrates eat these tgree in proper proportions and you will see the difference in your physique. If your are eating 400g of carvs eat atleast 200g of protien and about 70g of healthy fat and 10g of unhealthy fat.Healthy fat is unsaturated fat and unhealthy fat is saturated fat.
6.Exercise- Proper exercise leads to fitness. Exercise atleast 45m a day. A intense 1hr workout will help you to burn your calories.
