What is private job for you??

Today I'm writing something about job. I hope you would be enjoyed this articles.
Private job is no service. It's just a trade where you sell you your work, skill and time in return of money . You can increase your work time for increasing your money. But you have only 24 hours. And who is more rich that one also have 24 hours. Where is diffirence? Think???
You are needed only as long as your work is needed by the company . Once the need is over no matter how good or bad you are . You will be said good bye.
So better keep strong focus on your life, faimly and your skills which can bring you never job opportunities if the current one gets over. Don'ts spoil your health and relentionships by over working to make the CEO and board members richer. 
Stop doing for others . Do for yourself and give job to others. Life has time limit for doing work. Do something like more you stop doing work but money should never stop comming . If you have this type way that's very good but if have not till now so stop for while and think ,search and apply.

Private job means earn 100 for company take 10 as a salary

but instead of thinking like this, focus on Ur work and also how much Ur participating in companies growth, This way u can improve Ur self and Ur working organisation
My thinking is not useless. I'm doing this because I can thaught very well. My point is that very first try to improve your skills.
You have explained a negative part and harsh reality of private job.....But i think there is another part also.
Every coin has both negative and positive part. It is depends on us which part good for us. Many peoples are there who had left there job only for their own buissnes. This is not debating point. I just try to focus on improve motivation to create their own somethings. If this is possible it will be my pleasure .
