Supreme Court Final Verdict on Sep 11

Today, Hearing at Supreme Court on cryptocurrency agaainst the RBI circular dated April 6,
the Supreme court of India, upon hearing a related case, had directed to club all the
Petition pending across various courts in this regard.

    A three-Judge bench of the Supreme Court of India has set the next date and probably the final
   hearing for the cryptocurrency case on september 11.
    
    Rashmi Deshpande, associated partner, Khaitan and Co, the advocated in this case for one of the petitioners.
    Supreme Court is likely to dispose of the case on september 11, after hearing the arguments from both the parties.:

 Limited arguments were advanced on behalf of IAMAI and RBI today.  but Sebi and a few others have not filled
their response to the petition seeking regulation, final arguments are expected to comeon september11.

  Earlier, on july 3, the Supreme Court of India had refused to boon a temporary stay on the RBI banking 
 restriction on cryptocurrencies.
