Dark Web is a part of the WWW (The World Wide Web) which is available in Dark Net It is a hidden network from the public internet. It requires specific software, configuration or authentication to enter. Dark Web is basically a part of Deep World. In this part, Google cannot access any normal search engine like or similar.

Dark Web is confused about the Deep Web which cannot be searched by the search engine. This confusion was at least until 2009. Since then, after the report of the Silk Road, in particular, two things have been confused which are really different things.

Dark websites are only available on certain networks such as Tor ("Onion Router") and iTupi ("Invisible Internet Project"). It's made by a type of complex encryption system. For this reason, it is not possible to determine the identity and location of the Darknet users. Due to high-level encryption, the website is not able to track user IP and geolocation. Thus, communication fields such as talking, blogging, and file sharing are done with utmost security and privacy.
Darknet is used for various illegal activities such as illegal trade, forums, pedopyllises (a person who is attracted towards children), to exchange media and to carry out terrorist activities of terrorists.

At the same time, some traditional websites create alternate gateways for Tor the browser, which can be connected to the users of DarkNet. For example, a newspaper called ProPublica launches a new version of their website for Tor users.
