Cucumber Kimchi Bites
The cooling cucumber chunks offer the proper foil to the spicy, soured kimchi. Meanwhile, create the filling. mix the remaining one teaspoon of salt, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and sugar along in a very bowl to form a thick paste.
