how to prepare Healthy Breakfast fast and easy

It is important to balance your nutritional needs in the morning. It will give you more energy, increase your mental power and prevent you from being hungry before lunch. In addition, research has shown that people who constantly eat a healthy and nutritious breakfast tend to be thinner than those who do not. Obviously, it is not called "the most important meal of the day" for nothing!

Drink juices fortified with calcium, such as orange juice. Choose 100% juice for children on the types or brands that are attractive.

Limit the cakes. Anything that is sweet and sugary, it looks great on the side with coffee drinks, or as an "accompaniment" does not contribute to a healthy breakfast. Remember that most desserts contain empty calories, so instead of choosing a cinnamon roll, eat an English muffin or bagel.
