Hi friend . Do u think that lemon really help us to loose weight ? I think most of us are confused.

Actually lemon is a great source of vitamin C and it helps in keep hydrating our body only.
Actually drinking lemon water does help to reduce our body fat but thats not due to only lemon but thats due to water.
Actually lemon water is a great replcement of carbonated and sugar added drinks so helps in avoiding sugar added drinks.
Many of the people have citric acid allergy . In this case lemon makes body resistant towards weight loss so contribute in weight gain.
So friends next time before taking lemon water for weight loss think twice.
