Chocolate Milkshake (with Chocolate Ice Cream), Medium size

Hello to all my steemit friends and all other steemitians. Today I am going to tell uou all the information about chocolate milkshake, and in my this post I will tell you about demands, taste, benefits and all the information about whats nutrition it contains and in how much quantity it provides of all the nutritions.

In our today life, milkshake is so tasty rhat it is liked by everyone all over the world. From children to adults, all liked it very much.
One thing more that I want to tell you all is that cold chocolate molkshake is liked the most in all over the world, never matter that there is hot or cold outside.

Actually, its very easy to make. So now I will tell you all the recipy of cho olate milkshake.
First INGREDENTS:~
1.) Cold milk { approx. 1 glass of milk}.

2.) 3-4 ice cubes.

3.) Cocao powder {1-2 spoons}.

4.) 5-6 pieces of dark chocolate.

5.) 1-2 scoops of chocolate Icecream.

6.) Sugar {1-2 spoon}

..RECIPY OF CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE..
Step.1) First take one glass cold milk in jar and put 1-2 spoons of sugar in it.
Step.2) Now, take cocao powder and put 1-2 spoons of cacoa powder in the same jar.
Step.3) Now, put 3-4 ice cubes for making it cold.
Step.4) Now, put 5 pieces of dark chocolate in it.
Step.5) Now, put 2 scoops of icecream in it.
Step.6) Now, close the jar, put it on mixer and on the mixer and let it be mixed good, for that weight for a minute, so that froth also appears.
Now, your chocolate milkshake is ready and if you feel that you should add some more suger so you can add and mix it with the help of mixer.

Calories provided by fats- 360
Total fat provided- 40g
Cholesterol- 140mg
Sodium- 420 mg
Total carbohydrates provided- 125g
Dietary fibre provided- 6g
Sugar- 84g
Total protein provided in grams- 22g
Other things provided and which are helpful for our body and to intake daily are Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calium(very helpful for are bones), and Iron. This is complete information.
It provides us a variety of vitamins, protein, fats and carbohgdrates.
In my opinion, it is the best energy drink for gym going humans, and should be drink by gym going humans after doing workout, it it is rich jn protein, vitamins, fat and carbohydrates and it will provide you instant energy backup that was invested by doing workout and boosts up you.
