do proper comment on other's post related to their topic and leave your post link in the comment box so he/she can reply
join many grops of facebook and other social media and share your thought to grow on steemit and leave your link there
always write original content and write on hot topic which is trending on google
when you do such things you will grow the benefit of commenting on other's post and leaving your link there is helpful to other's to identify you and they will come to your postmay be all not come to your post but slowly when you become a high rank holder people will come to you fast
