Many of the ico and cryptocurrency were advertised on the to many specific targeted person. Many icon did scame with many person. According to the facebook algorithm is not to promote any ads which mislead people and push them to dangerous. Many of cryptocurrency and ico had done scam with many people.
In January 2018 come with new rule not to promote any cryptocurrency and icon. Even though many were not scam but also it gave a mindset of money double or multiple of what they have invested.
