Today I am going to share you some tips for maintaining healthy skin and staying beautiful. This post is for both female and male individuals.
Skin care should be like a routine. You have to invest time and effort. There is no short cuts to flawless skin. In this changing environment which is getting more polluted day by day, we try to put so much in getting fit sometimes that we often forget that our skin needs to be taken care of too. Investing in your skin is as much as important as investing in your body. Your skin is something you’re going to wear every day for the rest of your life. Going to salons and beauty parlors should be secondary when it comes to care for your skin. there’s a lot more you can do at home to pamper your skin with natural ingredients that probably are being used from centuries and are still being used by our grandmothers and mothers today too. Here are the two awesome natural ways that can be used for a better skin:
The golden scrub: -
Take half a cup of gram flour (besan) with half a table spoon of turmeric powder. Mix them well so both the ingredients can’t be visibly distinguished. Add milk to it so as to get a paste neither too thick nor too thin. You can apply this on your face, hands and legs. Make sure you keep massaging your face in a circular motion for 1-2 minutes while applying. leave it until it dries and gets hard. Do not try to talk meanwhile you’re wearing this mask. When its dried completely wash it with normal water. It not only will remove sun tan but also give you a glow. Do this twice a week to get a fair and naturally glowing skin.
The anti-tan scrub:-

Take a tomato, cut it in two halves. Then use a fork and stab it in those two halves from the hollow part so it becomes liquid inside them. Take a bowl and add 2-3 big tablespoons of honey and 1-2 tablespoons of sugar. Squeeze half a lemon into in. mix them well. Now, take the halves of the tomato, fill it with the honey-sugar mixture rub it on your tanned areas gently. don’t be too harsh on your skin. Keep scrubbing for 10-15 minutes. Leave it for about 10 minutes on your skin then wash off. You can use this technique before or after taking a bath as per one’s convenience.
