It is a slow growing species that can reach to the maximum height up to 30 m and has a maximum life span of about 100 years. Jambul is also known as Jambu, Jambula, Jamboola, Java plum, Jamun, Jaam, Kalojaam, Jamblang, Jambolan, Black Plum.

  1. Stomach Related Diseses

If any person is suffering from stomach-related diseases such as cavity gas. Then grind Jambul daily and make juice of it and consume it with water. Regular consumption of it will end all diseases associated with stomach.

  1. Liver Related Diseases

People who suffer from liver disease. He can also eat jambu every day and eliminate all diseases related to the liver. It helps in healing urinary diseases also. Jambul has been consumed after meals.
