Most importantly, the fresh stuff is actually fresh (not injected or sprayed with the junk they’re accustomed to north of the border) so it goes bad as quickly as fresh stuff is supposed to! American apples that look the same two weeks after I buy them freak me out.
Things go bad faster here too from the heat, something to consider XD
