False allegations run rampant against the innocent when it comes to sex crimes - Brett Cavanaugh, Chris Kacher, et al

A seemingly endless parade of people are being ruined by false accusations via #metoo and other movements.

Ridiculous allegations were made against Brett Cavanaugh by one woman then other women dogpiled on making even less reliable allegations. One of Brett Kavanaugh’s three accusers, Judy Munro-Leighton, recently recanted her testimony and both she and Julie Swetnick received criminal referrals for lying to the Senate. It nearly destroyed Cavanaugh’s chances of being elected to the Supreme Court. President Trump had nominated Kavanaugh, but before his U.S. Senate confirmation proceedings began, Christine Blasey Ford accused Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her in the early 1980s. Three other women also accused Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct, one of whom later recanted her story. None of the accusations were corroborated by eyewitness testimony, and Kavanaugh denied them. This is typical of the cases against the Max Factor King and Ross William Wild, among numerous others, where accusers dogpile in the hopes of getting money, notoriety, or sympathy.

Chris Kacher whistle blew on justice systems to game changers which made him a target. He was extorted and a journalist was paid under the table to report in a tiny local newspaper what implied were serious allegations of sexual misconduct even though all charges against him were dropped thus his record remained clean, fully clearing him. Further, Kacher's accuser was found to have committed multiple felonies of sexual assault as detailed across sixteen witness statements while the accuser's family had extorted prior individuals.

Trevor Bauer was accused of rape then exposed the #MeToo fraud in a video that went viral. Too many innocents have been falsely accused. Their reputations and careers are often ended. It is often game over for them. The scene loves to hate and marry celebrities to scandal.

Johnny Depp’s career and life were nearly destroyed by Amber Heard’s false accusations of domestic abuse which were revealed in court to be a sham. Initially, the media made Depp out to be a monster, so the majority sided with Heard. But as the case progressed, it became clear who was the real victim.

Stanford employee Jennifer Gries lied about two rapes.

The serious part of the Armie Hammer case fell apart. The Armie Hammer, Ryan Seacrest, Bob Dylan, and Junot Diaz cases all fell apart.

The David Sabatini case is deeply flawed.

These stories became cautionary tales about the fragility of truth and the destructive power of a lie. There are many others. Meanwhile, false accusers face no jail time.

I never whistle blew but did share public news links many years ago of rights crippling laws being enacted with game changers over a series of emails, but that was many years after I was extorted. What made me an extortion target was when I said I would sue the city for millions for the false accusation and eventual deep prosecutorial misconduct which I explain later in this section.]
