False Rape Conviction: Former Cop, Father Free After Decades in Prison
Amidst the heat of the Brett Kavanaugh story, a caller name Ryan from San Antonio, TX, called into the show and spoke of how his uncle, Brian Franklin, a police officer who was falsely accused and convicted of raping a 13 year old girl when he was 35, was later found innocent after spending 21 years in prison. He went in at 35 and now is 59. Jesse covered the story on the radio show and Brian (the man accused) was watching the show and called in! Brian and Jesse talk about how it happened and how His daughter still will not speak to him. He holds back tears at mentioning of it. Great interview!
