Chondrite meteorites: common, but very useful...
Often the stuff there is the most of, we do not value very much.
Chondrites meteorites, on the other hand, are slightly different (at least from a scientific perspective).
Chondrite meteorites are composed of material from the early solar system that has not been melted in the mantle or core of some large asteroid or dwarf planet.

Being unaltered by secondary melting makes them special because each new find could reveal something new.
Some unknown piece of the puzzle of how the early solar system was comprised and formed or even information about stars that existed before our own.
They are potentially mini time-capsules from the deep recesses of time and space.
They get their name from the fact that they nearly always contain a significant to major percentage of chondrules.

Chondrules may contain presolar grains otherwize known as "stardust".
Stardust formed from outflows of earlier suns, and some of these grains contain the unique isotopic fingerprints of those early stars.
