Procreation is the primordial end of the partial creations of the worlds and of the universal creation; its spur is love; its brake is affinity.

The increase of the population brings with it the externalization of its power and production, with states having to seek markets in other countries for their greater production; in this way it attracts the gaze of other peoples, its wealth grows and unites by trade, under a contract, one or several countries and thus they arrive at the exchange of interests, ideas and individuals.
