Welcome back to my favourite music...alphabetically.
Favourite Artist: Ulver
Genre: Black Metal, Atmospheric Black Metal (early), Electronic, Ambient (late)
Ulver switched styles completely once the new millenium hit but their early black metal albums are their only albums I've heard. They are pretty great, their debut Bergtatt especially and the first song is beautiful and not too abrasive. Check out Bergtatt: Et eeventyr i 5 capitler! (1995)
Favourite Album: United Abominations by Megadeth
Genre: Heavy Metal, Thrash Metal
United Abominations is a great underrated 2000s release from the Thrash Metal kings, Megadeth. It is very unfairly hated in my opinion and worth checking out. Check out: Sleepwalker
Favourite Song: Us And Them by Pink Floyd
Genre: Art Rock, Progressive Rock
A fantastic song from this fantastic Pink Floyd album and really the only song starting with U that I know. It's got a real epic feel to it. Check out my review of the album it's in here.
