Why is lionel messi the greatest soccer player of all time?

If you like soccer or futball as they say mostly everywere else other than the U.S, Then you have heard of Lionel Messi and his number one rival Christiano Ronaldo. I will give you ,five points on why I believe Messi is best above all other contenders for the number one spot.

1. While others have to work really hard to learn how to become really good he was basically born with the futball flow so it comes natural and although christiano has worked his butt off to become as good as he is hes flow is not much natural but reharsed.
   2.intelligence in futball is 90% of the work and lionel has the game packed down when it comes to this part. When defenders think they have him figured out messi surprises them with simple moves that are unthinkable and is always 2-3 steps ahead.
2. Team work and how to use your team mates is really important if your goal is to win. Although at times their ways messi could have scored sertain goals he always uses his mates to assist them with incredible passes. With his head slightly tilted towards the floor most of the time he somehow already knows where all his players are and he uses them as a wall to score or the perfect pass to confuse everyone.
   4.Leadership. Past futball players have all claim to be the best ever and although lionel has all the proof before our eyes with humbleness he will answer you that he just wants to win as many trophies with his teams as possible, now this is the type of attitude we should be upholding, Messi is most certainly the best team leader around which in most peoples eyes is G.O.A.T. quality
3. Last but not least Survival, Messi is the last man standing, even with the world against him putting pressure even his own country saying awful things about him talking as if he owed them anything can lead hes team to victory weather they are losing or its the last chance, Messi always comes thru, for example Argentina had their last chance to go to the World cup in Russia for 2018 and messi took the oppenents mainly by himself to secure the victory while the rest of the team were unreliable and looked like amateurs Lionel Messi showed that as long as your on his team you are a survivor.

These where my 5 reasons why i believe in soccer/futball, Lionel Messi is the greatest of all time. I know people will say pele or maradona were better because they won world cups but lets be honest when Pele won the world cup with his team it was the team that did the work he was just their. And with Maradona although I am Argentine and he was my favorite player lets admit that the "Hand of God" that got them past England to the finals against Germany to win the world cup, that we idolized for decades was actually a way of making us feel better about getting away with cheating. And I understand we were pretty pist about the islas Malvinas or as they call them Falkland islands in England. Anyways back to the topic lionel messi, even doe he was born in Argentina and was willing to play for them and fight for them, they did not want to take care of his then current problem with his growth hormone deficiency so they missed out on a lifetime oportunity which Barcelona gladly took which is why till this day Messi still plays loyally for.
