"Messi-boukou" means "to swear the allegiance to the company by killing himself."

In Japan there was an era in which it was regarded as a bidding to dedicate yourself to the public as a company without regard to your own sacrifice.

This is because the company was regarded as a family including employees, it is a product of lifetime employment.

However, if i will be asked whether there is such a trend now, I will answer that I am not lost.

Why is that?

In my opinion, I think that the law of inertia is working.

Employees cherish the company more than himself, and that trend was strong, so even in this era, it is accepted as common sense somewhere.

Despite not having overtime payment, they are angry that they can not go home even after finishing working hours.
