Little Mericles

Yesterday, when I woke I felt a beautiful sensation of little anxieties and worries being lifted from my body, mind and spirit. I did not do anything except make it a point to feel grateful for life and that the cancer was healed and I will be here with my family and friends. I realize more and more as I grow into an old chrone that happiness is a concious choice and when I choose it my body, mind and spirit feel lifted and unburdened.I saw in my minds eye that there was an abundance and never-ending swirling circle of happiness and joy. I was still in a half sleep state so it felt a bit dreamlike. A little later Ania and I went out on a little adventure afterwords and we saw this :) To me it is a tiny reminder that little mericles and blessings happen every day.
