Mentor and Mentee Relationship
Mentoring is one of the best gifts that you can give and I strongly recommend everyone to do it sometime in their life.
I have mentored and are still mentoring a number of the younger generation, not out of a need, but more out of choice.
+30 Years
After racking up over 30 years in a career expanding from Construction, through Consultancy, Computers, Investing, Technology, Business and not forgetting Relationships I thought it would be great to give some of this experience back.
I decided to begin Mentoring a few years ago and choose the ones that I knew it would be a pleasure to Mentor.
I have never looked back.
Mentee
There is no hard and fast rules to Mentor apart from listening and guiding your Mentee through life choices in Education, Career, Health, Relationships to name but a few.
Being a Mentor you will never always have the solution and when you don't have one it is important that you help to chose the right one that suits your Mentee.
Earning Mentor Stripes
30 years helped be earn my stripes as a Mentor and it can be rather fun to share passed experiences with present day life styles especially in the field of Education and Technology.
If you feel you have something to give try it, it's free and yet the rewards are most often priceless.
Mentoring on Steemit
Steemit has a great potential to help Mentor the younger generation as it begins to build up a wealth of knowledge and experience from the older generation willing to share.
Unlike other Social Media Platforms the potential to build longer lasting and meaningful relationships on Steemit is overwhelming and I look forward to seeing the community develop in the coming months and years ahead.

I personally like to discover things by myself, but this is now. This was not always the case. And today, I am guiding younger people in my professional domain and it always provides a nice feeling to see them succeeding.
On the other hand, I have never considered mentoring anyone one steemit.
