Fighting Depression

It was sad that nowadays Depression has been the serious illness among us.
But what really concerns us is how we treated a person with Depression. It so saddens that in my country, they do not take this as a serious case, public make fun of each other, no moral support from family members & lack of knowledge on what is Depression. They often said that Depression is only stressed, when someone commits suicide they will simply judge them as a bad person or out of mind.
Our government predicted that by the year 2020, Mental Illness would be the No.1 killer after Heart Attack.
There so many efforts done by the government in example free consultation, free talk/awareness to the corporate body, free telephone consultation etc. But the only problem is how we react to it or how we accept the fact that Depression really kills.
I'm the HSE Executive in one of the corporate firm, I always put in Mental Health Issues during my Sharing Session. It was surprising that none of them knew that Mental Illness has been 2nd killer in our country. They even make fun of it.

I urged all who read this, please study about mental illness. We never know it might happen to our own family.
Observe our children/siblings behavior. If you feel suspicious, consult them in a good way & get help if necessary.
There is government clinic/hospital that provides Mental support.

I recommended all to study or learn from the US on how to take Mental Illness seriously & well accepted by the Public.
