Stay hydrated, eat 3 meals a day. Those two things are more important than some people think. Great post @danigirl. The key to 0 anxiety and a calm mind is hydration. Next year a company out of Texas will be releasing the worlds first real time hydration monitor. It actually can measure hydration in the blood using infrared. Current "hydration monitors" you can find use your sweat to measure hydration levels and is not as accurate as this. They did a kickstarter earlier this year with a goal of $50,000 USD and raised over 1 Million USD.
